"Speaking with Authenticity managed to completely undermine my cynicism about actors offering training. I was absolutely terrified of going on the Course but from the instant I walked through the door I felt both Michael and Serena worked really hard to create a supportive environment. They were also completely pragmatic about the day - which made a refreshing change. One of the most enjoyable things about the day was once removed from what we actually did, and that was working with two very professional consultants who knew exactly what they wanted to do and delivered it all very well. It is absolutely no reflection on the Course Consultants (who were fantastic) that they only managed to offer a first step on what l suspect might be a rather longer journey for me."
